US unemployment rates have slightly declined and the job market is deemed healthy, although there are indicators that there are high levels of underemployment. The gnarly one on the list is inflation, which unfortunately cannot be fixed overnight. Although wages are increasing, they're not keeping pace with inflationary metrics.
